Best Resort Care, is the online trading name for Resort Care and Destination Services, who act on behalf of Benivacances SL, a registered Spanish Travel Agency. We also act as retail agents for flight bookings and accommodation supplied by other providers which are subject to a separate contract with the supplier, which can be made available to you on request How to bookFlight bookings can be made directly on line though our search engine which enables you to choose from all the flights available from any given airport on the chosen day of departure/return. To confirm your flight you will be required to pay the full amount due entering into a legally binding contract with the flight supplier.For all other services, enquiries/bookings may be made by email or by calling our reservations department on +44 0207 247 67 67. In all cases our staff will confirm the booking to you in writing. To secure your booking you will pay 10% of accommodation cost. Should you decide to cancel your contract you have 14 days within which to do so in writing to the company, in which case all monies paid will be refunded. The balance of monies due must be paid 56 days before the commencement of contract (the date of arrival in resort). Bookings made within 56 days before commencement of contract (arrival in resort) must be paid in full. Holiday InsuranceWe strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance cover when booking a holiday. Your policy should include cancellation costs, medical expenses and repatriation in case of accident or illness. Details of Europa travel insurance are available on this site.If you alter your bookingShould you decide to alter your booking, we will do everything possible to attend your request charging an administration fee of 10 sterling.As accommodation rates depend on the number of people occupying a unit, should you change the number of people in your party, rates may vary according to the terms and conditions of the accommodation supplier. If you cancel your bookingCancellations notified more than 56 days prior to commencement of services will incur no charge other than 10 sterling administration charges per booking.Cancellations of paid bookings less than 56 days before commencement of services will incur the following charges on the total cost.
If some but not all of the members of your party cancel, the occupancy rates may be altered and a surcharge may apply to remaining members of party for under occupation. Should the reason for your cancellation be covered by the terms of your holiday insurance policy, you will be able to reclaim these charges from your insurance company. If we alter or cancel your bookingIn the unlikely event that, due to circumstances outside our control we have to alter or cancel your accommodation, we will advise you immediately and offer you alternative accommodation of the same standard. Should you choose not to accept the alternative then a full refund will be offered.ComplaintsShould you have discrepancy with any of the services provided by the accommodation supplier, same must be notified in resort to the supplier and to ourselves by contacting our resort Free Phone number. Please note it is your responsibility to show that reasonable skill and care has not been used subject to and in accordance with your contract, in order to make a claim.We cannot accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of our suppliers. We cannot accept responsibility for the contents of such sites nor liability in relation to the information/ material therein.Conduct and behaviourYou are responsible for the proper conduct of all members of your party. Serious misconduct may result in termination of your contract with the accommodation supplier. In such an instance, we will have no further responsibility to your party. Likewise you will be solely responsible for any damage caused to the property and any loss suffered arising from such damage.Special Requests and Medical problems / disabilitiesPlease advise of any special requests (eg. Cots) when making your booking. We will pass on your request to the supplier but cannot guarantee they will be met. All special requests are subject to availability and in some cases may incur extra charges which will be invoiced to you or charged in resort by supplier.If you have a medical condition/disability which may effect your use of services contracted, you must advise us at the time of booking. Failure to do so can result in cancellation should we consider that the services are not suitable or if you are not travelling with someone to give you the necessary assistance. |
